About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at PIE Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our dealer partners to understand their business needs and develop tailored finance solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of finance solutions to our dealer partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our dealer partners are compliant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and account management within the dealer finance industry.
  • Strong understanding of dealer finance marketing and its significance in the customer journey.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our dealer partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven delivery.
