About Our Client:
Citrus Connect Ltd is a leading British company specializing in home products, including rise & recliner chairs and adjustable beds. With a strong tradition of reliability and commitment to customers and staff, they employ 150 staff, including 40 sales professionals supported by over 100 dedicated personnel at their headquarters.

The Opportunity:
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will guide customers in selecting the perfect home products to meet their needs. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
