Chef de Partie Job Description at Young's

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Young's. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Champion excellent service through quality food
* Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time
* Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
* Maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
* Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams

**Requirements**

* Existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step
* Passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome
* Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
* Willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
