We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Compass. As a Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based early interventions for children and young people across both educational settings and the community.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Mental Health Practitioner with experience of working with children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing services. You will have a strong understanding of the principles and practice of CBT and clinical supervision, and be able to work effectively with children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people across both educational settings and the community
- Work closely with children, young people, and their families to develop and implement mental health plans
- Provide practice supervision and support to colleagues
- Conduct mental health assessments and provide specialist care directly to children and young people and families
- Network with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery
Person Specification
- Qualified Mental Health Practitioner with experience of working with children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing services
- Strong understanding of the principles and practice of CBT and clinical supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children, young people, and their families
- Full enhanced and current satisfactory DBS disclosure for the role
