Job Overview:
VANRATH are proud to be partnering with a leading Global Financial Services Firm in Belfast, seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to join their HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional HR services.

About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR, preferably with a CIPD qualification, and a strong understanding of employee relations, recruitment, and data maintenance. They will be responsible for providing support to the HR Team, including coordinating inductions, maintaining accurate employee files, and assisting with employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate inductions and new joiner days for employees
* Maintain accurate employee files and HR-related data
* Provide support with employee relations issues, taking full and accurate notes of meetings as required
* Assist with recruitment processes, including coordination and delivery

Requirements:
* CIPD qualified or HR degree
* Previous experience in HR, preferably with a Global Financial Services Firm
* Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
