Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team on a full-time, temporary basis. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering proactive and specialist HR advice and support to assigned business areas. Your focus will be on Employee Relations cases, providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

  • Support the Senior HRBP and HR Manager in delivering first-class HR services to the organisation.
  • Manage the Employee Relations team according to performance management principles, attendance management, and personal development.
  • Be the HR lead on employment relations activity within assigned business areas.
  • Provide professional HR advice and support to management at all levels, ensuring consistent implementation of policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or equivalent, along with current professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at Associate member level or above. Alternatively, you can demonstrate the ability to obtain this within one year of commencement.

You will also possess minimum three years' experience working in a Human Resources function, providing professional advice and guidance to senior management on complex employee relations matters. Significant relevant HR experience in managing Attendance, Grievance, Dignity at Work, Disciplinary cases, developing HR Policy & Procedures, and delivering HR projects will be highly beneficial.
