About the Role

Fulbridge Social Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supportive Living Worker to join our team. As a Supportive Living Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong professional relationships with service users and other members of staff
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users to live and for you to work
  • Keep up to date with all communication and information systems
  • Attend and participate in meetings as appropriate
  • Promote equality and acknowledge individual differences
  • Protect service users from any form of abuse
  • Write accurate reports and keep written records for monitoring purposes
  • Attend work reliably and punctually and follow a set shift pattern
  • Ensure you keep yourself up to date with all procedures and policy changes
  • Take responsible care for the health and safety of yourself and others
Person Specification
  • Ability to form professional relationships with service users
  • Ability to read and understand written work and write clear and accurate reports
  • Ability to communicate clearly and easily with service users in a variety of ways
  • Ability to work as directed and complete tasks reliably and to a high standard
  • Ability to participate in training and development
  • Ability to follow a work pattern and attend work punctually and reliably
  • Awareness of effective teamwork and the general health, safety, and welfare of service users
Shift Patterns

We offer numerous shift patterns to suit your needs, including:

  • 8am - 4pm
  • 4pm - 11pm
  • 11pm - 7am (waking nights)

Please note that you would be required to complete an enhanced DBS with Fulbridge Social Care and successfully complete one of our induction assessments prior to any placements being offered.
