Qualifications:
- Previous experience in working with children and young people, ideally in a residential context.
- A relevant qualification in social care, childcare, or a related discipline (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce).

- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
