Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care areas.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
