About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Oakleaf in Hartwell, Northampton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying degrees of mental health illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with daily living tasks, promoting independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to CareTech Group's policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in a caring environment, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Driver preferred, but not essential
