Support Worker - Rehabilitation Services

Location: Duston, Northampton

Hours: 37.5 per week, day and night shifts

Salary: £11.94 per hour (day shift), £12.94 per hour (night shift)

The CareTech Group is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Hartwell, Northampton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with brain injuries or neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying degrees of mental health illness
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with their rehabilitation goals and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in sleep-in duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in a caring environment (preferably in a rehabilitation setting)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Driver preferred (but not essential)
