Project Coordinator

About the Role:
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Analyst to join our UK COE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the UK Project Accounting team and working closely with the UK Division(s) to ensure seamless project set up and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage projects in Oracle, including key members, contracts, and agreements.
- Review and ensure compatibility of work breakdown structures with automatic billing.
- Identify projects suitable for rates or time and materials automatic billing.
- Populate billing details and set up 'bill to addresses' at project level.
- Contribute to AtkinsRéalis financial improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience working in accounting or project controls in a sizeable international company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior colleagues.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards and Oracle EBS is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.
- Strong sense of ownership, drive, and ability to deliver results.
