AtkinsRéalis is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our UK COE team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the UK Project Accounting team to ensure seamless project setup and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up projects in Oracle, including key members, contracts, and agreement setup.
  • Review work breakdown structures for compatibility with automatic billing.
  • Identify projects suitable for rates or time and materials automatic billing.
  • Populate billing details required for automatic billing.
  • Set up 'bill to addresses' at project level.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in accounting or project controls in a sizeable international company.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and Oracle EBS is advantageous.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
