Construction Project Coordinator

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Michael Page (UK), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality construction projects within the educational sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tender and Contract Management
- Risk and Value Management
- Client Requirements and Feasibility Studies
- Contractual Claims and Disputes Advice
- Contract Awareness and Health and Safety Regulations
- Post-Completion Defect Liability Period Obligations
- Project Planning and Measurement
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong numerical and budgeting abilities
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Proficiency in computer software for project management
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
We offer a competitive salary package of around £36,000 - £44,000 per annum, benefits including a car allowance and access to the company car pool, generous holiday leave, and a supportive and collaborative company culture.
