Project Administrator Role

We're seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our team at YourRecruit. As a key member of our operations team, you'll provide top-notch administrative support for pre- and post-construction projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth project operations, working closely with customers, suppliers, and contractors from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with clients and contractors to gather project details throughout its lifecycle.
  2. Support handover meetings between technical and operational teams, ensuring accurate documentation of project plans.
  3. Keep internal and industry databases updated with newly installed assets.
  4. Manage queries through email and update databases efficiently and accurately.
  5. Engage in continuous learning and development to grow your skills.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures and handle any additional administrative duties.
  7. Be a supportive and helpful team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
  8. Have good interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
  9. Have intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Location: Epsom office initially, moving to Horley after 6 months (Hybrid working option available after training - minimum 2 days in the office)
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
