About the Role

The AtkinsRéalis UK Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice is seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our Epsom and South-East practice. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, working closely with multi-disciplinary design teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects to agreed targets, including programme, budget, and quality
  • Identify and manage potential contractual/commercial risks and opportunities
  • Lead the project team, building and motivating them to achieve project objectives
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with clients and project teams
  • Agree commercial trading arrangements and communication plans with other teams
  • Assemble and own the project delivery programme and delivery plans

About You

  • Proven experience in delivering projects from inception to completion
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in deploying various forms of construction contract
  • Ability to lead a delivery team and work closely with clients and multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Strong client-facing and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and foster a positive team culture
