About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our Epsom and South-East practice, who wants to take the next step in their career and further their responsibility for the delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects to agreed targets, including programme, budget, and quality.
  • Identify and manage potential contractual/commercial risks, as well as opportunities.
  • Lead the project team, building, motivating, and developing them towards solving problems and making decisions.
  • Facilitate communication, coordination, and information flow with the Client and within the project team.
  • Agree commercial trading arrangements and communication plans with other teams across the business.
  • Assemble and own the project delivery programme and delivery plans, protecting the commercial interest of AtkinsRéalis.
About You
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering projects, ideally from within a consultancy environment.
  • APM PMQ (or equivalent) recognised level of competence in Project Management.
  • Understanding of BIM and experience of deploying various forms of construction contract.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and flexible working attitude, adaptable and responsive to challenges.
