About You
  • You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A strong background in risk and value management, with expertise in optimising solutions for clients
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes and materials, with proficiency in project management software
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents
  2. Performing risk assessments and feasibility studies to ensure successful project outcomes
  3. Maintaining awareness of health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance
  4. Coordinating with the project team to plan and measure project progress
