Senior Manager of Customer Experience Leader

At Grant Thornton UK LLP, we're looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Accounting Services team's outsourcing function. This is a unique opportunity to join a global network of independent audit, tax and advisory firms, with over 73,000 people across 150 countries.

- Familiarising yourself with our business processes and collaborating with existing leadership.
- Bolstering the team to meet growth demands and monitoring ongoing resource needs.
- Supporting our outsourcing managers in fostering a culture of coaching and development.
- Providing technical guidance and being accessible to your team.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA or CIPFA) and extensive experience of team leadership. You should also have a good understanding of UK VAT, corporation tax and employment tax rules.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we're happy to discuss flexible working arrangements to balance your work and life.
