Job Title: Receptionist / Office Coordinator - Stunning Offices

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join our team at Red Anchor Recruitment Limited. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front-of-house area, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, building strong relationships and providing a warm welcome.
  • Manage the switchboard, answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, setting up presentations and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Register guests on our external system and distribute post daily.
  • Arrange couriers and franking outgoing mail, as well as ordering stock and stationery.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including processing expenses and liaising with our Finance Division.
  • Keep the front-of-house area neat and tidy, liaising with our ground floor reception team.
  • Assist with internal teams regarding events and be the first point of contact for our cleaning company.
  • Act as Fire Warden and First Aider.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work proactively.
  • Punctual, highly organized, and self-motivated.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred.
