About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Business Development Director to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of account managers to deliver exceptional service to our national portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Work closely with our sector transformation direction and cross-functional business leaders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the P&L of your contracts, including sales, growth, costs, and WIP/debt management.
  • Establish a robust governance framework to drive collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to develop additional services and methods of delivery to drive business development.
  • Ensure industry best practice in contract SLA and KPI delivery.
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with others.
  • Build partnerships with clients and colleagues through open, transparent, and timely communication.
  • Ensure a professional image of Integral UK Ltd is presented to clients and visitors.
  • Adapt management style to meet changing business needs or operational circumstances.
Requirements
  • Managerial experience at account manager or above within technical and/or hard services.
  • A proven track record in the commercial/corporate sector with excellent knowledge of the industry market.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix management structure.
  • New business hunter qualities and strong account management skills.
  • Able to build positive relationships with clients to resolve day-to-day operational problems and identify opportunities for increasing profitable business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of leading and inspiring a national team.
  • Able to maintain an objective and positive focus through periods of high and sustained work pressure.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience, coupled with in-depth knowledge of next-generation maintenance methods.
Qualifications
  • Industry-relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience.
  • IOSHMS.
  • Competent working knowledge of M&E or fabric disciplines.
  • Sound level of administration and organizational skills.
  • Account leadership experience.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
