- Adapt management style to meet changing business needs or operational circumstances.
- Managerial experience at account manager or above within technical and/or hard services.
- A proven track record in the commercial/corporate sector with excellent knowledge of the industry market.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix management structure.
- New business hunter qualities and strong account management skills.
- Able to build positive relationships with clients to resolve day-to-day operational problems and identify opportunities for increasing profitable business.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of leading and inspiring a national team.
- Able to maintain an objective and positive focus through periods of high and sustained work pressure.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience, coupled with in-depth knowledge of next-generation maintenance methods.
- Industry-relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience.
