Coordinating Staff and Communication Specialist

CMT Learning - Euro Sports Camps - Sports Tours Europe seeks a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Recruitment Team as a Coordinating Staff and Communication Specialist. This temporary summer staff position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our programs.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, providing regular updates to the Head of People Operations, and supporting the Recruitment & Training Executive where needed.
In addition, you will be the main point of contact for compliance and onboarding of summer staff, guiding them through the process with clear and friendly communication. You will also oversee the onboarding process for all temporary staff, ensuring they are fully prepared and ready to start before their start date.
We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, good IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a confident, personable, and professional communicator with a positive character, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the recruitment process and provide regular updates to the Head of People Operations
- Support the Recruitment & Training Executive with the recruitment process where needed
- Main point of contact for compliance and onboarding of summer staff
- Oversee the onboarding process for all temporary staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Confident, personable, and professional communicator with a positive character
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel and an understanding of database management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working under pressure
- Full-time (37 hours per week)
- 4-6 month contract (March - August)
- Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
- 25 days holiday per year (pro rata)
