Healthvision UK is a leading health care provider, delivering person-centered support to adults living independently in their own homes. We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordination Specialist who will play a vital role in our business by overseeing and assisting Care Coordinators with the coordination of rotas for Care Service. Your communication and organizational skills, along with your passion for providing high-quality care, will shine in this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring staff time-keeping and ensuring timely attendance
  • Coordinating rotas, including travel time and client requirements
  • Liaising with clients and carers to ensure care meets individual needs
  • Monitoring team performance and reporting concerns to management
  • Communicating effectively with social services and other health professionals

About You:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrator who is able to work under pressure and maintain accurate records. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office environment is preferable, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. An NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
