Job Overview:

CMT Learning - Euro Sports Camps - Sports Tours Europe seeks a detail-oriented Coordinating Staff and Communications Specialist to assist with staff compliance, training, and onboarding for our summer camps.

This role will involve managing staffing system updates, providing regular progress reports to the Head of People Operations, and supporting recruitment processes as needed.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £27,500 per annum, reflecting the competitive rates in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage staffing system updates and provide regular progress reports.
  2. Support recruitment process and monitor job adverts for accuracy.
  3. Communicate with summer staff on compliance and onboarding matters.
  4. Organize and manage recruitment inbox for timely responses.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and database management systems.
Benefits Package:
  • Full-time position (37 hours/week)
