Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Directors regarding project schedules, progress, and pricing. They will also be required to communicate with Property Owners and Landlords regarding property inspections, schedules of works, and costs. Additionally, they will assist with preparing new properties, including propping staging, styling, and ordering furniture. The role requires excellent customer service and client management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Directors regarding project schedules, progress, and pricing.
  • Communicate with Property Owners and Landlords regarding property inspections, schedules of works, and costs.
  • Assist with preparing new properties, including propping staging, styling, and ordering furniture.
  • Oversee and assist with furniture assembly and placement.
  • Assist with staging of property as required.
  • Assist with updates to property photography and Matterport requirements.

Person Specification

We are seeking an exceptional individual with outstanding customer service and client management skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property or hospitality, be a collaborative team player, and possess excellent communication skills. They should be confident and composed in order to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

Salary and Benefits Package

The salary for this position is £33,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Core hours are 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday cover.
