Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all tenant-related matters
  • Developing a deep understanding of client business needs and preferences
  • Conducting regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience
  • Proactively addressing and resolving client issues or concerns
  • Ensuring the overall client experience is aligned with the company's standards for excellence
  • Working closely with the operations and facilities team to ensure client requirements are handled efficiently
  • Negotiating renewals and other client-related matters
