We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Portfolio Manager to join our team at Block Recruit in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to manage a portfolio of residential properties and ensure that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, including liaison with leaseholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a high level of service. They will also be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair work, including regular site inspections, preparing and managing service charge budgets, and collaborating with in-house legal, accounts, and surveying teams for support on complex issues.

  • This role offers a competitive salary package, including over 36 days of holiday per annum, giving you time to recharge.
