Client Liaison Specialist Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, preparing valuation packs, and utilizing KFH's CRM system to manage client relationships and communications.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Prepare valuation packs and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize KFH's CRM system to manage client relationships and communications.
  • Produce and distribute necessary paperwork to clients and solicitors.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Collaborate with third-party companies and internal teams.
  • Process payments and communicate with KFH's Accounts department.
