Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Liaison Officer to join our team in London.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client, a leading NHS Trust, as their primary point of contact for all property management-related matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating plans and schedules, and verifying costs associated with the Trust's facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with the Estates and Facilities team to ensure timely completion of tasks and documentation.
  • Utilizing AutoCAD or similar software to update plans and occupancy records.
  • Verifying costs and share of costs for the Trust across multiple sites.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
  • Analyzing CAFM data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and maintaining professional relationships at all levels.
  • Evidence of success in influencing stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial systems and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage workload and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
What We Offer
