About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Service Ambassador to join our team at SushiSamba. As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be the face of our brand, and your warm and friendly demeanor will make our guests feel welcome and valued.

About the Requirements:

To be successful as a Service Ambassador, you will need to have:

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent English language communication skills
- Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
- A deep respect for diversity and individuality
- The ability to maintain set processes and standards

SushiSamba celebrates the culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil, and Peru. Our menus are a mix of new and signature dishes, with an emphasis on bold flavors, the finest ingredients, and artful presentations. We are operated by Sushi Samba Group, which oversees locations in various international destinations.
