About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Front Desk Ambassador to join our incredible Reception team at Pan Pacific London.

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Check in arriving guests and check out departing guests according to our standards.
  • Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating any special requests whenever possible.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other services within the hotel.
