Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Ambassador to provide exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for their experience at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or host or Maitre D' in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
