Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth across our hotels and restaurants. This includes analysing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve pricing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse sales data to identify areas of opportunity and develop targeted strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing and inventory management strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
