Regional Revenue Manager

Homes for Students Careers is a leading provider of student accommodation in the UK. We are currently seeking a Regional Revenue Manager to join our Sales team based in Reading, working 40 hours per week from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave.
Purpose of the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a robust sales strategy across their allocated properties, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve occupancy targets and maximize revenue opportunities. They will encourage behaviours and activities that increase lead generation, conversion, and retention.
The Regional Revenue Manager will work with property teams to achieve 100% occupancy, responsible for the end-to-end sales process, analysis of results, identifying new opportunities, and improving conversion performance at all levels. They will have a strong focus on increasing revenue, reducing cost per sale, business development, and improving teams through training and coaching.
Based remotely, the successful candidate will spend part of their time working closely with property teams to ensure campaign delivery is effective and aware of local opportunities to increase occupancy as well as competitor activity and pricing. The Regional Revenue Manager must be fully aware of each property's proposition and USPs to drive overall performance.
