We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales expert to join our dynamic team at ASR International. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the South East and Central regions, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute strategies to expand sales territories, focusing on retail and trade channels.
  • Customer Training: Deliver tailored training programs to enhance brand advocates within customer accounts.
  • Account Development: Foster strong relationships with distributors, national merchants, and independent showrooms to secure new business opportunities.
  • Sales Initiatives: Present and execute sales initiatives that align with company growth targets and sales cycles.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report market insights to identify opportunities for customer offerings and revenue enhancement.
  • Product Promotion: Proactively promote the full product range (bathroom, kitchen, ceramics, and flushing systems) to address gaps in customer portfolios.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships across key channels, working collaboratively with internal teams.
