Administrative Support Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our South Core Admin Team at Home Group. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, including processing invoices, bills, and requisitions, and providing a proactive administrative service to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including processing invoices, bills, and requisitions
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, bills, and requisitions to meet SLA requirements
  • Support regional colleagues with critical tasks that support our customers
  • Prioritize workload and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads
  • Excellent working knowledge of office procedures and Microsoft packages, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Effective team member with minimal supervision
  • Ability to use own initiative
