Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our South Core Admin Team at Home Group. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, ensuring the timely processing of invoices, bills, and requisitions, and providing a proactive administrative service to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including processing and investigating invoices, bills, and requisitions
  • Ensure team time is managed effectively and deadlines are met
  • Support regional colleagues with critical tasks that support our customers
  • Prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Previous admin experience with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads
  • Excellent working knowledge of office procedures and Microsoft packages
  • Effective team member with minimal supervision
  • Ability to use own initiative
