Job Summary

Holland and Knight is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a Practice Support Associate, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our lawyers and professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and professionals, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Prepare and process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial documents.
  • Assist with client communication, including responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of firm policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve practice goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
