Job Summary
The Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the ASR Divisional Administration Team at the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support, including the day-to-day administration of Subject Access Requests (SARs) received within the Division.
Main Duties of the Job
The Administrator will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the office, providing administrative support as required. This will include maintaining office systems, including filing, ordering, and recording information, as well as coordinating diaries and arranging meetings.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills, with a flexible approach to work that will meet the ever-changing needs of the Service. They will be able to work well as part of a team, be self-motivated, and able to prioritize their workload.
Person Specification
- Essential qualifications include Maths and English GCSE, with a desirable NVQ Level 3 in Administration.
- Relevant experience in an administrative support role, with experience of using MS packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and maintaining office systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to show attention to detail and communicate effectively with a range of staff.
