Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to one of our senior directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the director's diary, inbox, and travel arrangements, as well as providing ad-hoc administrative support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management: actively managing the director's appointments, sending meeting invites, chasing responses and accepting/declining invites as appropriate.
- Inbox management: proactively managing the director's inbox - ensuring urgent items are identified and progressed as necessary, responding to routine correspondence and the Senior Management Team as appropriate.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the director as required, including taking minutes of Senior Leader meetings, production of correspondence, and arranging travel and accommodation.
- Making all appropriate arrangements for attendance at offices, including desk booking and room bookings for meetings.
- Forming an effective working relationship with the administrative teams and EAs of other senior staff - ensuring appropriate channels of communications with the director.
- Working with the Business Support Team, acting as Intranet Editor, completing regular audit checks, supporting recruitment campaigns and ensuring management information is kept up-to-date.

- Ability to use initiative and judgement and react quickly and professionally to changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to giving a high-quality performance in all aspects of the job.
