This prestigious role requires the ideal candidate to provide key organisational and business support to a dedicated member of the Force Executive, managing daily activities and delivery of executive portfolio commitments and responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level, critical professional and effective personal support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Manage daily activity and delivery of executive portfolio responsibilities, prioritising workload and risk effectively.
  3. Act as an internal and external gateway, assessing and adding value to strategy and business plans from various stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver regional and national responsibilities of the principal, contributing to their work and project management.
  5. Work independently in an agile manner, managing priorities and tasks with minimal supervision, while maintaining exceptional organisational skills.

Requirements:

  1. Must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years continuously due to Police Criteria.
  2. Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise high-volume workloads.
  3. Strong communication and customer care skills, with experience assisting at senior management level.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong document layout skills and attention to detail.
