Tempest Resourcing Limited is seeking a Specialist Teacher for SEMH Needs to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a significant difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will be responsible for providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs, as well as assisting in implementing individualized education plans and tailored learning strategies. You will also monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and support staff.
This role requires the ability to work effectively with children, particularly those with SEMH needs. Ongoing professional development and training opportunities will be available to ensure your success in this position.
