Job Description

Future Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Year 6 Primary SEMH Teacher / Secondary trained SEMH Teacher to lead our teaching team.

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and challenging behaviour.

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEMH and ASD.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.
