Primary and Secondary SEMH Educator Position

We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our team as a Year 6 SEMH Teacher at Future Education. This role presents a unique opportunity for a dedicated and passionate teacher to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
About the PositionThis position involves working with students who require additional support in managing their SEMH and ASD needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective education plans, leading to improved student outcomes.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using appropriate strategies to support students with challenging behaviours
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEMH and ASD
- Working collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development
We offer a competitive salary range of £160 - £230 per day, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
