**Supporting the Education of Children with Special Needs**

We're working on behalf of Empowering Learning, a vibrant school in Lewisham, and they're seeking a dedicated professional to join their supportive team. As a Primary School SEND Support Specialist, you'll play a key part in supporting the learning journey of children with a range of needs.

  • **Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • **Job Type:** Full-time, Monday to Friday

This rewarding role involves working closely with children who have Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and SEMH. You'll provide emotional support, help them thrive in a positive environment, and collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to provide the best care for our students.

**The Ideal Candidate:
  • Nurturing and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
  • Engaging and creative, finding ways to inspire and motivate children in their learning.
  • Knowledgeable in SEND support, ideally with experience or qualifications in working with children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs.
  • A team player, eager to collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists.
