Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher to join our team as a Year 6 SEMH Teacher at Future Education. This role offers a unique opportunity for a passionate educator to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

About the Job

This position involves working with students who require additional support in managing their SEMH and ASD needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective education plans, leading to improved student outcomes.

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and reports to students, parents, and stakeholders
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEMH and ASD education
Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (either Primary or Secondary trained teacher)
  • Taught in either a SEMH School / PRU / Alternative Provision / Primary School OR a Secondary School
  • Experience in managing classroom behaviour effectively, using appropriate strategies to support students with challenging behaviours

We offer a competitive salary range of £160 - £230 per day, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
