About the Role:

  • Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
  • Start Date: January 2025
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

This rewarding role involves working closely with children who have a range of needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and SEMH. As a Senior SEND Support Specialist, you'll play a key part in supporting their learning journey, providing emotional support, and helping them thrive in a positive and engaging environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Nurturing and patient, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
  • Engaging and creative, finding ways to inspire and motivate children in their learning.
  • Knowledgeable in SEND support, ideally with experience or qualifications in working with children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs.
  • A team player, eager to collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to provide the best care for our students.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
