Trained Teaching Assistant for SEMH Pupil

Remedy Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a leading secondary school in South East London to recruit a skilled teaching assistant for a pupil with SEMH needs. As a SEMH teaching assistant, you will form a critical part of the inclusion team, working closely with the pupil, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Job RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience working with students with behavioural challenges and some recent SEN experience
- A valid DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders
In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum and opportunities for professional growth within the school and the Remedy Recruitment Group network.
