About the Opportunity

Reeson Education is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with young people with severe learning difficulties. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support class teachers in delivering lessons and enhancing pupil learning
  • Develop strategies to promote independence, literacy, and mathematics skills among pupils
  • Provide one-on-one support to pupils, facilitating their engagement with learning activities
  • Contribute to lesson planning, preparation, and resourcing
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
